Pumps and Integral Drive (C-fac) Boosters into a space efficient package capable of continuous high vacuum. Flows to 10000 CFM (17000 m³/h), ultimate pressures to 0.2 micron (0.03 Pa). Also, designed to provide very fast pumpdown and high pumping speed.
