Blower Repair Process
When you send your positive displacement repair to Air & Gas Systems, it will undergo a thorough repair and inspection.
During disassembly each repair undergoes a rigorous cleaning process which includes bead blasting of impellers, housing, and head plates. We also report to you its current condition and any neccesary actions prior to making it like new.
Upon completing the repair, a complete mechanical test is performed on all repaired blowers, including a high vacuum booster pump down and blank-off test to one micron of vacuum. In addition, a fresh coat of paint is applied.
